Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at atelierlouisemarie@gmail.com or use the withdrawal button in our store. Please include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return. 

Return Shipment

After exercising your right of withdrawal, please return the item(s) within 14 days to:

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return your current item and place a new order once the return has been accepted.

Refunds

We will refund the full purchase amount, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal request — provided we have received the item or you have supplied proof of return shipment. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
